Periodontal Diseases in Pets

Statistics reveal that around 85% pets today are suffering from some periodontal disease. Some dental diseases can be diagnosed and cured at earlier stages, but some reach high severity very quickly. Periodontal disease can be so severe that it completely destroys the bone supporting the teeth. There are 4 stages of periodontal disease including: gingivitis, early periodontitis, established periodontitis and advanced periodontitis.
